Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cheap Printers. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contract Regulations. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
It must be in resalable condition.
A valid proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or invoice).
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
Opened or used toners, inks, or consumables
Products marked as clearance or final sale
Custom or special order items
Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper installation
3. How to Return an Item

Please include your order number, item details, and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address once we approve your request.
4. Refunds
- You must notify us withing 24 hours of delivery of any defects. Products will need to be returned within 7 working days, unopened and in original packaging.
We’ll inspect your return upon receipt and notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
We’ll process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We don’t refund delivery charges unless the item is faulty or we sent it in error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us using the details above.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
7. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
